about

Clubmusik is basically a schema; often just a functional product transported at a high volume and intended to incite movement in a lively sense. But what of the before and after-effects of the voluminous load?

The duo Taron-Trekka has created a small jewel in a digital EP form, which is exactly suited for the unhurried moments of musical consumption. To begin the new millennium there were 6 songs as a proper vinyl in a delicate styling and worthily placed in the record shop of trust for aficionado's or maybe even where deep house cats could get a hold.

Also 10 years after the "Lounge-Overkill" there they are yet still, all the vicious cliché's about jazzy after work parties at the Tapas bar next to the office. 2011 for its part saw the sounds from Cocoon compilations through the latte macchiato temple, and sound cloud is also front and center as a sonic device, instead of a DJ with a case full of 'Future Sound of…' compilations

The innards of FAT-zig 002 generates an airiness, or ease in downbeat music, paired along with the appropriate draft. With this digital only release, Freude am Relaxen is the order of the day.

You'll find here as well that Taron-Trekka with their mark "soulful quality" express their multi-faceted influence!

1. Kome Dime

An easy, jazzy, head-knocker with a driven piano line and a velvety flute with the impact of earlier Mo-Wax releases.

2. Smithereens

A perfect piece for the start of a real deep house set from the old-school. All the ingredients are encased in finely-woven lingerie, and are by no means missing out on the analog charm.

3. Blow To

The best feature-house with a yearning made deep-effect in melancholy and hope.

4. Where

Wait a minute, this is real jazz from the Taron-Trekka quintet on blue note!

5. Adoly

First and foremost a felicitous missing link of downbeat and electronic with jazzy vibes and dream-wandered surfaces, driven by a powerful, kicking fare.

6. Lo-Fi Autumn

The finest of cinematic digi-jazz for the nightly drive in the meantime

Crisder and DMS didn’t just yesterday fall for the groove of the diverse genres of electronic music. Since1996they have served as DJs of the night, who dont simply pass on by, but instead remain a magical experience in the memories of their dancing audience ... more
